About this resource:
The game is Snap! The resource provides two copies for two players. However, this game can be played in twos or more. One child places a card down, then the other child places a card down. If the cards match, the child quickest to shout, ‘Snap!’ wins all of the cards that have been placed down. Where both children shout at the same
time, the pile is left and the game continues. The winner is the child with all of the cards.

In terms of matching the cards, there are a number of ways the game can be played, depending on the children involved. For example:
1. Match the objects on the card, regardless of number.
2. Match the numbers of objects on the cards e.g. (4 penguins matched to 4 elves).
3. Match the exact number and objects on the cards (e.g. 3 Santas to 3 Santas).
