1 - How do I cancel my recurring payment on PayPal?

We are sorry to hear you are thinking of cancelling your recurring payment! You can cancel your recurring payment yourself via PayPal, using the following steps:

These steps apply to UK Personal accounts. If you have a Business account, please log in to see the steps that apply to you.

  • Log in to your PayPal account.
  • Click the 'Settings' icon at the top of the page.
  • Click Payments.
  • Under 'Manage Upcoming Payments', click Pre-approved Payments.
  • Use the filter to select the seller whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.
  • Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.

2 - An unexpected payment has been taken from my PayPal account, why is this?

Our subscriptions are on a recurring basis, therefore once the first year expires the next payment is taken automatically. You can cancel these recurring payments as described in the "How do I cancel my recurring payment on PayPal?" question. Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds as detailed in our Terms and Conditions

3 - How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at anytime by completing the following form below.

If you have a recurring payment plan, please ensure you have cancelled your plan via PayPal. Please see FAQ 1 for details of how to cancel you payment plan.

4 - Are the levels only Easy, Tricky and Expert?

We have just introduced three new levels, Beginner, Brainbox and Genius.

5 - What should I do if I find a mistake?

Contact us! We want to put it right. You can use the email above or send us a message on Facebook.

6 - Can I suggest resources?

Please do! We can't promise we'll make them but we'll definitely consider your ideas and try to do the differentiation bit for you.

7 - I have just signed up; I have now received an email asking me to confirm my subscription – what does this mean?

As part of the sign up process we asked you if you wanted to join our mailing list, if you said yes we have emailed you to confirm your email address. If you are happy to be added to our list please confirm via the email.

8 - I have just upgraded my account, but I am still not able to download paid resources.

It's possible you have signed up without logging into your account - therefore our system does not know to upgrade your account. To resolve this you will need to let us know by visiting our contact us page.  Make sure you provide us with your username, the date you paid and the email address assigned to your paypal account.

9 - I have just paid for an account, but I am still not able to sign up.

It's possible you have signed up previously, therefore our system will not allow you to register with the same email address twice. We recommend you check this and contact us to resolve by visiting our contact us page.

10 - I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?.

You can reset your password by visiting our password reset page. If you continue to have problems please contact us to resolve by visiting our contact us page.

11 - When trying to register I receive a message saying 'That Email Address is already in use.'

This indicates you have previously registered with us. We recommend you check your emails for a Welcome email from us, this will detail your username and password. If you continue to have problems please contact us to resolve by visiting our contact us page.
