This Year 5 Divide with Remainders lesson covers the prior learning of dividing two digits by one digit before moving onto the main skill of dividing where answers use remainders.
The lesson starts with a prior learning worksheet to check pupils’ understanding. The interactive lesson slides recap the prior learning before moving on to the main skill.
