Here is an extra challenge for your children to get stuck into once they're feeling confident with ordering objects and numbers up to 10. This Year 1 Order Objects and Numbers Discussion Problem is designed to be used in pairs or small groups. It's a trickier challenge, so we encourage children to work together to find a solution. In this problem, children will need to use the clues to place the correct number of sweets in four jars. To aid discussion, we have included an example answer.
