About this Resource
This resource has been designed for pupils to practise Christmas vocabulary in their target language. It provides pupils with the opportunity to broaden their use of language by incorporating language linked to playing games. Pupils can work independently or in pairs to label the picture.

Pupils are to be encouraged to use the target language as much as possible and make links to other languages they know. Further teaching points include discussion about the use of le, la and les, and patterns in the pronunciation of French words.
