Lower Case and Capitals Lesson
This Lower Case and Capitals lesson covers the prior learning of applying phonics sounds to label shop related words, before moving onto the main skill of using both lower-case and capital letters.
The lesson starts with a prior learning activity to check pupils’ understanding. If they need more practice, you can choose other resources for that step. Children can then practise further by completing the activities and can extend their learning with engaging reasoning and application tasks.
