This Full Stops, Question Marks and Exclamation Marks lesson covers the prior learning of using full stops and exclamation marks, as well as recognising and using questions, before moving onto the main skill of recognising sentence types and applying the correct punctuation mark.
The interactive lesson slides recap the prior learning before moving on to the main skill. Children can then practise further by completing the activities and can extend their learning with engaging reasoning and application tasks.
