# Multiply 3 Numbers Lesson

This Year 4 Multiply 3 Numbers lesson covers the prior learning of multiplying a 2-digit number by a 1-digit number and identifying possible combinations from two groups, before moving onto the main skill of multiplying 3 numbers together.

The lesson starts with a prior learning worksheet to check pupils’ understanding. If they need more practice, you can choose other resources for that step here and here. The interactive lesson slides recap the prior learning before moving on to the main skill. Children can then practise further by completing the activities and can extend their learning by completing an engaging extension task.
