We are excited to share some sample resources from our brand new maths scheme to give a flavour of what we will be offering.

Here are the resources that will support the first 2 steps of the first EYFS block – Counting and Numerals to 3. We believe that each teacher should have the flexibility and choice to choose which resources best meet the needs of your class. This is why you will see a range of options for each step and you can pick and choose what works best for each objective.

This PowerPoint shows familiar images to children and by hitting the space bar they disappear. Discuss with children what they have noticed and encourage them to subitise the small amounts.

These cards can be used in large group sessions or smaller intervention activities. Children are encouraged to quickly recognise the quantities shown without counting the separate images.

Children are encouraged to instantly recognise the quantities shown without needing to count separate images. A clothes peg can be placed on the corresponding numeral to indicate the number of items.
