Developing Questions to support recognition of verbs in single-clause sentences. One verb used in each sentence. Using mainly CVC and CCVC/CVCC words.
Expected Questions to support recognition of verbs in single-clause sentences. Up to two verbs and additional adjectives used in some sentences. Using High Frequency Words and phonetically decodable words.
Greater Depth Questions to support recognition of verbs in multi-clause sentences. Up to two verbs and additional adjectives used in each sentence. Using some words which are not easily decodable.

Application and Reasoning
Questions 1, 4 and 7 (Application)
Developing Choose an appropriate verb to complete a single-clause sentence. One verb used in each sentence. Word bank provided. Using mainly CVC and CCVC/CVCC words.
