EYFS Measuring Using Capacity Learning Activity

Mathematics: EYFS Measuring Using Capacity Learning Activity

This learning activity enables children to develop their understanding of capacity. Children will use vocabulary associated with capacity: full, half full, empty, most and least and explore the capacity of different containers that vary in size.
Encourage the use of this vocabulary in everyday learning, for instance, filling cups in the water area.
