This Year 5 Multiply 4 Digits by 1 Digit lesson covers the prior learning of multiply 2 digits by 1 digit and multiply 3 digits by 1 digit, before moving onto the main skill of multiplying 4-digit numbers by 1 digit-numbers.
The lesson starts with a prior learning worksheet to check pupils’ understanding. The interactive lesson slides recap the prior learning before moving on to the main skill.
