Key Vocabulary

sort: Put objects into groups such as colour, shape, size and type.

compare: Look for what is the same and what is different.

Adult-Led Practical Activities

You will need:

• a selection of buttons – with different sizes, shapes and colours

• a selection of animals – with different types, sizes and colours

• containers to sort the objects into (optional)
