Y2 Grammar Punctuation and Spelling
This Commands lesson covers the prior learning of using one-word exclamations, before moving onto the main skill of recognising and using commands.
The lesson starts with a prior learning activity to check pupils’ understanding. If they need more practice, you can choose other resources for that step. Children can then practise further by completing the activities and can extend their learning with engaging reasoning and application tasks.
