Y2 Grammar Punctuation and Spelling
This Present Progressive Tense lesson covers the prior learning of the past progressive tense, before moving onto the main skill of recognising and using the present progressive tense.
The lesson starts with a prior learning activity to check pupils’ understanding. If they need more practice, you can choose other resources for that step. Children can then practise further by completing the activities and can extend their learning with engaging reasoning and application tasks.
