Key Vocabulary
factors: Numbers we can multiply together to get another number. For example: 2 and 3 are factors of 6 because 2 x 3 = 6.
multiple: A product of one number multiplied by another number. For example: multiples of 10 are the products of numbers multiplied by 10.
divisible: A number is divisible by another number if it can be divided by it exactly with no remainder.
digit sum: The total of the digits within a number. For example: 12 has the digit sum of 3 because 1 + 2 = 3.
remainder: The amount left over after a division. For example: 12 ÷ 5 = 2 r2.
