Try your personal and/or your school email
Most of our users have multiple emails, it may be you've typed the wrong one
If you're a paying user, check your emails
We send you a receipt every month or year, if you find it, that's the correct email
If you're a free user, sign up again with a different email
Sometimes it's just easier to sign up again with a different email address
If you're part of a school account, speak to an admin
They'll be able to see which email address you're set up with
Check you spelled it correctly
I'd blame autocorrect if I were you
