This Year 2 Christmas Guided Reading Carousel Comprehension is a series of diary entries made by different members of the same family during the lead up to Christmas. In the diaries, Mum is tired and stressed trying to sort Christmas presents, Dad is working overtime to pay for the additional treats, the daughter is upset at having to babysit her brother instead of seeing her friends, and the son enlists his grandmother's help to remind his family of the real meaning of Christmas: spending time with family. The pack includes activities with related vocabulary, spelling, grammar and punctuation.
