  1. Hi sorry maybe I’m not reading this correctly but to work out the second part of this – ie visitors per year would you not multiply the number of visitors per month by 12? The figures appear to have been multiplied by 11 … unless I haven’t understood this correctly!

    • Hi, thank you for getting in touch. The instructions ask for data from the whole year but then says, ‘Note: The museum was closed for refurbishment during the whole of December.’ This means that the data needs to be found from multiplying by 11, not 12. Hope this helps you to make sense of the answers. Sian 🙂
