National Curriculum Objectives

Mathematics Year 5: (5C7a) Multiply numbers up to 4 digits by a one- or two-digit number using a formal written method, including long multiplication for two-digit numbers

Mathematics Year 6: (6C7a) Multiply multi-digit numbers up to 4 digits by a two-digit whole number using the formal written method of long multiplication

  1. Multiplying 2, 3 and 4 Digit Numbers by 2 Digit Numbers – none of the sheets contain 4-digit numbers even though the title says this.
