Introduce children to the concept of time with our EYFS Time Activities! Whether it's counting flowers, doing star-jumps or building a wall, we've got engaging activities for everyone! Pupils can practise counting aloud or with the aid of a stopwatch.
It covers the following objectives for children in reception:
(M-21) Count objects, actions and sounds.
(M-24) Count beyond ten.
(M-25) Compare numbers.
Curriculum Objectives
- There is no Early Learning Goal for shape, space and measures, but it is important that the curriculum includes rich opportunities for children to develop their spatial reasoning skills across all areas of mathematics
