Assess what your children know and understand about colons using this KS2 Insert a Colon resource.

With three differentiated levels to choose from, each worksheet contains eight sentences in which children need to use and apply what they know about colons to correctly punctuate them.

Ideal for use as an assessment task, this resource could be revisited throughout the year, with three worksheets for each level available to choose from. Answers are provided to help promote and encourage self and peer marking within the classroom.
