This UKS2 Desertification Geography Discussion Problems resource, aimed at Years 5 and 6, features two engaging questions linked to desertification as part of biomes. Each question is supported by further information to promote deeper thinking and an image to support consideration of the issue.

These questions do not have answers supplied as they are designed to promote discussion, deeper thinking and oracy skills within your classroom. They are perfect for using at the start or end of a lesson, as an end-of-the-day task or as morning work (and can be used separately to our Biomes unit)... the choice is yours!
