Travel back in time to 867 AD and discover the life of an Anglo-Saxon with this diary-based Year 2, 3 and 4 Toland's Diary Guided Reading Pack. Children will read of Toland, an 8 year-old Anglo Saxon slave and his terrible life, before answering a range of different questions designed to develop reading skills. We've also included additional activities based upon word definitions, adverbs and apostrophes.
