This Year 2 Multiply and Divide with Mass Fluency Matrix resource will give your class further practice solving calculations whilst working with mass.
The nine fluency questions build gradually in their level of challenge and cover key points such as multiplication and division of the mass of objects on balance scales, and using part-whole models and bar models to support calculations. The final three questions are more abstract.
An answer sheet is provided to make marking quick and easy.
A varied fluency resource and a reasoning and problem solving resource is also available for this step.
