What’s included in the Year 4 States of Matter 5-Minute Science resource and why is it useful?

Year 4 States of Matter 5-Minute Science is a set of three revision worksheets covering the whole topic of states of matter. These have been designed to give your children up to three opportunities to engage in deliberate practice outside of the teaching of the topic. This resource covers comparing and grouping materials as solids, liquids and gases, how materials change state when heated or cooled and the temperatures at which this happens, and the part that evaporation and condensation play in the water cycle.
