Use this Year 5 Roman Numerals to 1,000 Teaching PPT to review and extend children's knowledge of Roman numerals.

Building on what they learned in Year 4, they will extend their ability to read and write Roman numerals to 1,000 and develop an understanding of how this number system is different from the one they are more familiar with. The carefully designed teaching sequence builds their knowledge and confidence gradually with frequent opportunities to check learning.
