What Are We Doing?
We’re stepping up to make sure you have everything you need to help you to empower the next generation of leaders and change makers that will safeguard a sustainable future. Through our sustainability plans, we want to support teachers in delivering learning to children about sustainability, all whilst knowing we’re doing our bit to embed sustainability into our DNA. We want to lead in driving long-lasting change.
Our Work is Guided by the Sustainable Development Goals
We recognise that sustainability is not just about the environment but has social and economic implications too. Therefore, the action we take is grounded and guided by the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Created by the UN in 2015, the Sustainable Development Goals are 17 goals that outline how, in global partnership, we can eradicate poverty, reduce inequality and improve health and education all whilst preserving our planet, fostering peace and encouraging economic growth.
Through our sustainability action, we aim to forward the SDGs ourselves but also empower you to be in action too and give you the tools to educate your children. This is our plan to help teachers, children and the planet.
