Bradshaw welcomes Tour de Yorkshire 2019

Are you having a good bank holiday weekend? I hope you've had chance to do something exciting this weekend.

It's been non-stop for us. Saturday we were at a family birthday party. Yesterday I took the girls to see the Tour de Yorkshire as it was in Halifax. It was lovely to see the effort people had made decorating their houses and I was a little bit sad they didn't come past mine (for the excuse to put bunting everywhere). And today we're at another family birthday party (these kids were born all at the same time).

The past week has been an exciting one at Classroom Secrets as FIVE new members joined the team. I'm proud that I still know everyone's names although I have to admit, it has come to the point that when I first see new people in the office, I end up mouthing to one of my managers, '"Who's that?" Talking of new starters, we've got another assessment day next weekend for the production team (ex-teachers) so if you applied and you've been invited, I'm looking forward to meeting you!

I wanted to let you know that we've extended our 10% off promotion for schools. We know that most schools had a two week holiday in April and there wasn't a lot of time to act, so you can still get a further 10% off until 17th May 2019. It works out at only £31.50 + VAT per class so it's really worth looking into and getting a quote to present to SLT. If you have a single premium subscription and you get your school to sign up, you could get a £10 Love2Shop voucher too.

We have some really great guided reading resources for Africa Day which is on 25th May so don't forget to plan these into your reading schedule.

How are you finding our discussion problems? We have 106 online now! Only feels like yesterday when we launched them. Do you like that they are not differentiated?

I'm off to play in the garden now until it's time to set off for the party. Have a super week!

Love Claire and the team at Classroom Secrets.
