EYFS Subitising to 3 Cards
These EYFS Subitising to 3 Cards Autumn support children's understanding of counting and numerals to 3. This resource can be used in large group sessions where an adult shows the card to the children, allows them a brief time to subitise the quantity, and then asks the children to say how many items they can see. These cards can also form part of small group intervention activities where target children can practise their subitising skills with practitioners. Children are encouraged to quickly recognise the quantities shown without counting the separate images.
