We've created two different varied fluency questions and a reasoning questions to allow children to put their skills into practice. This resource has been differentiated three ways and here is an outline of what to expect for each differentiation level:

Developing Use of up to 5 coins in each group with only 1 type of coin. Working with values up to 50p.

Expected Use of up to 10 coins in each group with only 2 different types of coins. Working with values up to 99p.

Greater Depth Use of up to 10 coins in each group with varying types of coins. Working with values up to 99p.

Use this resource in class as a challenge or extension activity. Alternatively, you could send this home for children to continue their learning. An easy to follow answer sheet has been provided to aid marking.
