This EYFS Incy Wincy Minibeasts activity demonstrates children's understanding of how to sort based on different features. Children can also develop their scissor skills by cutting up the minibeasts and then sorting them in different ways based on the creature's characteristics, for example: the number of legs, if it has wings, if it is has a shell.
