This Icebreaker Dice activity is a fun, low-pressure resource designed to help you build positive relationships with your new class. Children roll a dice to answer simple questions about themselves, encouraging speaking, listening and sharing in a safe and supportive way. Activities can be done verbally or extended into drawing or writing, with optional sheets for display. Also included are two group activities, Similarity Circles and Friendship Web, which help children find common interests, build connections and develop a sense of belonging in the classroom.
