Explore the features of autobiographies and what it was like to live through World War II, with this KS2 My Memories of WWII Guided Reading Pack. Pupils will read about Jimmy, a young boy, whose life abruptly changed on the 3rd September 1939 when WWII began. Children will develop reading skills through retrieving information and drawing inferences based upon Jimmy's words and emotions.
