Would you like to freshen up your practical activities you have on offer for counting in twos? Have a look at our Year 1 Count in 2s Practical Activities resource. We've created six activities that can be used across your provision areas to reinforce children's learning and understanding of counting in twos. Each activity has a card with a simple instruction that can be placed in the different learning areas. They also have an advice and ideas section that can be used by any adult in your class.

Use this resource to encourage continual reinforcement of this key skill. The activities can be completed individually or in small groups to enable observations to take place for each child. Alternatively, you could send these home as a homework task for children to do with an adult at home.
