Use this Year 1 Mixed Word Problems activity to build children's confidence in their reasoning and problem-solving skills. This resource is aimed at Year 1 Expected and has been designed to help children practise their problem-solving skills. There are six questions that cover some objectives from the following strands of the Year 1 maths curriculum: place value, addition and subtraction, multiplication and division, fractions, measurement, shapes, and position and direction. We've also provided an answer sheet to make marking quick and easy.
