In this Year 1 Nouns Application writing task, children are asked to write lists of common nouns that match the images given.

This worksheet would be a great assessment tool as children use what they understand about nouns and apply it to their writing. This activity can be completed independently but could also be used as a discussion point for small groups or interventions.
