This Year 1 Spacing Letters and Words Mixed Activity resource consists of three tasks to challenge children - a reading task and two writing tasks.

The reading task provides a simple sentence to read alongside a picture prompt while the writing task starts by asking children to identify some commonly made mistakes. After correcting these, they write an original sentence using a word bank with pictures.
