This Year 1 Subtraction on a Number Line resource has been created to help children learn the key skill of counting backwards. The worksheet is made up of six varied fluency questions, and has been differentiated three ways to allow access and challenge for all. An answer sheet has also been provided so that children can self-mark or peer mark, or simply to save you time with marking. Once children are comfortable with the varied fluency aspect of the step, be sure to try out the problem-solving and reasoning resources too!
