Use this Year 2 Recognising Adjectives in Sentences Application and Reasoning worksheet to challenge pupils' understanding of how to identify adjectives in sentences. With one reasoning and two application questions, children are asked to improve a sentence by replacing the adjective, order given words correctly to create a sentence with one adjective and explain a mistake made when using an adjective in a sentence. It provides you with a choice of three levels meaning that there is something for everyone to access. All answers are provided to make marking quick and easy.
