Revisit how prefixes and suffixes can change the meaning of a root word by using this Year 2 Consolidating Prefixes and Suffixes Varied Fluency worksheet. Choose from one of three differentiated levels, with each level including 8 questions to complete. Children will match words to suffixes, add a suffix to complete a word within a sentence and identify words that can complete a sentence correctly.

Prefixes and suffixes covered include -ness, -ment, -full, -er and un-. We've also included an answer sheet.
