Do you have a group of children who appear to have mastered sharing? Our Year 2 Make Equal Groups Sharing Discussion Problem is sure to give them a real challenge. Children can work in pairs or small groups to use the clues to explore the possible numbers that have been chosen. They can eliminate the numbers that cannot be shared equally to find the answers.

This could be used as an extension at the end of your lesson or even as an intervention task. The choice is entirely up to you!
