This Year 2 Measure in Kilograms Teaching PPT helps children to explore measuring mass in kilograms. Building on their prior learning about grams, children focus on understanding the differences between the units and recognising that a kilogram is heavier than a gram.

The content is organised into Let’s Learn sections, where key concepts and vocabulary are introduced and modelled, and Let’s Practise sections, where pupils can immediately apply their learning through short, focused activities.
