By starting your lesson off with our Year 3 Equivalent Fractions 3 Prior Learning activity, your class will be in the right mindset to tackle the new learning that takes place in this lesson. Why, I hear you ask? Well, this resource includes varied fluency, reasoning and problem-solving questions based on the 3 and 4 times table as well as questions where equivalent fractions are starting to be introduced. These three skills will prepare children for later on in the lesson.
