This Year 3 Equivalent Lengths (Metres and Centimetres) Teaching PPT helps children explore the relationship between metres and centimetres. Pupils are shown how to partition measurements into metres and centimetres when working with lengths that are not exact multiples of 100. Visual representations such as part-whole models and bar models are included to support understanding.
