This Year 3 Multiplication - Equal Groups resource features two supporting activities to enable children to practise their skills. Play 'Paper Clip Pandemonium' with your class to develop their understanding of making equal groups in a fun and practical way. This game is designed to be completed in groups of three. Alternatively, play 'Balance Each Quarter' where children must use counters to make each section equal.

Both activities could be completed in class or as part of an intervention group to further support learning.
