Using Determiners Application

Worksheet
An image of the Using Determiners Application Resource

Challenge your children to use different types of determiners in their writing with this Year 3 Using Determiners Application worksheet. With a given image, children are asked to write a story about Cleo and Jasprit's trip to see a parade. They must use at least two demonstrative, possessive and quantifying determiners in their writing.

This resource would make a great assessment tool for the beginning or end of a unit. Alternatively, it could be used for a guided writing session as a class or in smaller groups. A modelled answer sheet is provided for you to either share with your class as a good example or to aid your marking.
