This year 4 prefixes and suffixes application activity will challenge children to apply their understanding of adding prefixes and suffixes to a variety of root words which have been used incorrectly in a passage.

This is a great challenge for consolidating root words with prefixes and suffixes and would be ideal for children to work on independently or in a small group. It could also be used as an assessment tool.
