This Year 4 Investigating Volume Worksheet helps pupils investigate sound levels around the school by collecting and presenting data in a bar chart. Pupils can complete this activity independently, in pairs, or as part of a small group, with plenty of opportunities to discuss their observations and interpret the data they have collected. This task encourages the use of mathematical and scientific skills, including measuring, recording data accurately and presenting information clearly using charts.
This activity works brilliantly alongside our Year 4 What is Volume and How is it Measured? Investigation lesson.
