This Year 4 Summer 1 Baseline Assessment is designed to assess understanding of spelling objectives covered during this term when following our suggested spelling sequence.

Presented in a format similar to that used in formal assessments to build familiarity with those, this assessment can be used as a baseline at the start of the half-term or as an assessment at the end of the half-term. With a teacher script, guidance and a detailed grid explaining which objective each spelling links to and when it's covered during this half-term, this download covers your spelling assessment needs!
